Associated Builders & Contractors of Western Washington is the premier construction association supporting freedom of economic opportunity through political influence, financial growth, and effective personal and professional growth, led by an involved membership.

ContractorsPlanet's Scope of Work

ContractorsPlanet Washington is divided into four councils: Governance, Advocacy, Membership, and Professional Development. Each of the 16 board members is assigned to a council. The purpose of the councils is to oversee a specific area of the chapter's business and to support the committees under that council in achieving their goals. Each committee and task force is assigned to a council. As a member, you are welcomed and encouraged to participate in any of these committees.

Our Mission

Associated Builders & Contractors of Western Washington exists for the purpose of actively promoting the free enterprise system within the construction industry by:

• Improving our business conditions through unified political action, business development, and market expansion;
• Improving our relationships between members by exchanging information, opinions, and resources to resolve common problems;
• Improving employer-employee relationships and business management skills within member firms; and
• Improving our employees' skills, knowledge, and safety through apprenticeship, craft training, and supervisory education programs.
