By accessing or using our contractors service platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Our Service connects homeowners and property owners (“Customers”) with independent contractors professionals (“Service Providers”). We are not a party to any agreements between Customers and Service Providers.

Use of Our Service

Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Customer Terms

Service Requests

When submitting a service request, you agree to:

• Respond to Service Provider inquiries promptly
• Be present or have an authorized representative at scheduled appointments
• Provide safe access to work areas
• Disclose any hazards or special conditions

Customer Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for selecting a Service Provider
• You must verify licenses, insurance, and credentials independently
• Payment arrangements are directly between you and the Service Provider
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary permits
• You must inspect and approve completed work

Service Provider Terms

Service Provider Requirements

Service Providers must:

• Maintain all required licenses and permits
• Carry appropriate insurance coverage
• Provide accurate information about qualifications
• Honor quoted prices and timeframes
• Perform work in a professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Independent Contractor Status

Service Providers are independent contractors, not our employees, agents, or partners. We do not:

• Control how Service Providers perform work
• Set Service Provider prices
• Provide tools, equipment, or materials
• Offer employment benefits
• Withhold taxes from payments

Our Role and Limitations

Platform Services

We provide:

• A platform to connect Customers with Service Providers
• Basic verification of Service Provider credentials
• Communication tools to facilitate connections
• General customer support

What We Don’t Provide

We do NOT:

• Employ, recommend, or endorse any Service Provider
• Guarantee the quality of work performed
• Set or negotiate prices
• Handle payments between parties
• Provide insurance coverage for work performed
• Act as a contractor or service provider

Fees and Payments

Customer Fees

• Our Service is FREE for Customers
• No fees for submitting requests or receiving quotes
• No commissions on completed work

Payment Processing

• All payments are handled directly between Customers and Service Providers
• We do not process, handle, or hold any payments
• Payment disputes must be resolved between the parties involved

Intellectual Property

Our Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to:

• Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
• Website design and functionality
• Text, graphics, and images
• Software and code

Is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

User Content

By submitting content to our Service, you:

• Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content
• Represent that you own or have rights to the content
• Agree that your content does not violate any laws or rights

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
